- Friendly professional family in Mosman are looking for an experienced part time nanny to care for B17 months.
The required days are two days per week including a Tuesday (essential) plus Mon (preferred) or Friday.
The role will involve overall care for their son who is energetic, active, curious, kind and
bi-lingual.
Basic duties: feeding meals, nappy changes, transport and accompany to pre-organised activities, plan own activities to do at home/outdoors with child (e.g. cooking meals, shopping, playgroup, library visits etc), light house duties (e.g. packing/unpacking dishwasher, folding laundry, tidying toys with child when finished playing etc)
Driver not essential.
Creates a safe, trusting, warm, fun, positive environment with firm but fair boundaries
Respectful of family rules and norms, willing to adjust routine and practices, receptive to give and receive feedback with family to optimise care of child
Must be interested in development and education of young children, be engaging and interactive
No devices/screens
No pets.
French speaking highly desirable but not essential.
The family are ideally looking for a start date in early May however can be flexible for the right candidate and a minimum 12 month commitment with the potential to extend.
