Professional family located in Malvern are seeking a House Manager/Nanny Monday - Friday

A fabulous opportunity for a driven individual to join this executive family as a House Manager/ Nanny.

Clients are looking for someone to expand on their existing skills and bring their experience and ideas to this role.
Working for a busy family and supporting the operational day to day as well as owning the travel plans and management of holiday home.

Family are looking for an individual that shows calmness, awesome problem solving and a great team approach that will love being part of a busy and fun-loving family. Slotting into an already well organised system and operating rhythm but bringing your own ideas and solutions to the team.

Flexibility is the key with this role! Although primarily a Monday to Friday position from 8am to 5pm, there will be the requirement to step in and care for the children of an evening or weekend, or to live onsite and attend to the house (and children at times) when the parents are required to travel.

The childcare component for these wonderful boys aged 9 and 12 will see you providing:
• care for the children, including pick up and drop off from school and activities
• ad hoc care for the children of a day, evening or weekend, outside normal working hours
• ad hoc full-time care for children due to professional/holiday requirements of parents
• assistance with the children’s studies
• activities that support the development of the children

On the household front, you will be a proactive and organised individual who will manage the family and home, including:
• Managing the family calendar
• Attending to personal errands, including car servicing/maintenance, dry cleaning, collection of items, ad hoc shopping, etc.
• Maintaining household supplies and grocery shopping
• Healthy meal planning and food preparation
• Ensuring the property is maintained to an excellent standard, including day to day household cleaning/tidying (professional cleaner attends the home once per week), organisation of contractors for property repairs/maintenance, and maintaining a spring-cleaning schedule
• Assisting with the care of pets and tending to indoor plants/flowers
• House sitting of the property and pets when the whole family head to their holiday home or travel interstate or overseas (now that we’re allowed!)

Remuneration will be reflective of your experience (plus overtime). You will be employed by the clients on a Salary covering Tax,Super, holiday and sick pay
