Born and raised in Melbourne, Renae Powell has worked mostly in the music and entertainment industry, working for globally celebrated companies including Sony Music Australia and Walt Disney Pictures.
Simultaneously, Renae worked for one of Melbourne's leading babysitting agencies on weekends and weeknights. After becoming a mother, Renae continued babysitting and working in the entertainment sector. One year later she purchased the Victoria Master Franchise to Rockmybaby® which resulted in the perfect opportunity to manage her own nanny and babysitting business from home.
Renae's interests span across many areas: music, live shows, movies, travel and chasing after her toddler son – and of course babysitting Melbourne children!
Renae took over management of the Albury Franchise in July 2011. To this day she continues babysitting Melbourne one home at a time for all young children. Her strong passion for helping look after children is reflected in the success that Rockmybaby® has had.
