Rachael Pates - Auckland Regional Franchisee

Rachael is a mother to two young children and though she is now lucky enough to work from home, she did return to the workplace after her first child and knows the importance, as a parent, of having high quality childcare available.
 
She is currently the secretary of Totaravale Playcentre and really enjoys taking an active lead role playing alongside children and seeing them develop and learn new skills. As part of this process, she is working towards gaining the Playcentre Diploma in Early Childhood and Adult Education.  Before becoming a mum, Rachael worked in a variety of senior advisory roles in the public sector, where she developed excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Janine Bayley - Bay of Plenty,Waikato, East Cape & Taranaki Franishee.

Janine Bayley has worked as an Early Childhood Teacher since gaining her Diploma in Education, majoring in Early Childhood Education.

She has worked in many areas in Early Childhood including Head Teacher and Manager. Janine manages the TVNZ Educare Centre in Auckland, and is also a visiting teacher for Homebased Childcare within the Waikato Region. Janine and her husband also have a diary farm in the Waikato.

Hayley Gibson & Lynne Gibson- Hawke Bay Franchisee.

Hayley was born and educated in Hawke’s Bay and also completed some of her schooling in the United Kingdom. On obtaining distinction in an early childhood STAR course, she went on to study the National Nanny Certificate at Eastern Institute of Technology. After graduating from this course she took on several roles including nanny educator and Home Educator for all aged children, disabled children, newborns and twins as well as a live in nanny. Currently Hayley is working in a family Recruitment company owned and operator by Lynne Gibson. She is the office manager and enjoys meeting new people and all new challenges her new job intakes. Hayley’s other interests include design, different cultures, and walking. .

Lynne originally trained as a registered nurse and worked in health management. After working overseas, she took up a Human Resource role in a manufacturing environment and also an injury risk management role. Over recent years she has been a director of a recruitment and HR firm based in Hawke’s Bay. Lynne’s interests include travel, performing arts and voluntary work.
